Can I return items?

Yes, returns and exchanges are allowed within 14 days. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs and for any reduction in value if the item is not returned in it's original condition. After the 14 days have past we cannot accept the item return and you cannot return or exchange an item that is on sale.

How long does shipping take? And what are the costs?

Shipping costs and duration depends on the country you want it to be delivered too.

  • Anything within the Netherlands has a standard shipping cost at around €4,95 EUR and a duration of 5 to 10 days.

  • Countries inside the EU such as: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. Have a standard shipping cost at around €12,95 EUR and a duration of 10 to 14 days.

  • Countries outside the EU such as: United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Isreal, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore and the United States. Have a standard shipping cost at around €19,95 EUR and a duration of 14 to 30 days.

Please remember: carrier delays or placing an order on a weekend or holiday may cause this date to shift.

Can I request a custom/personalised order?

At the moment we don’t provide a service were you can order a custom/personalised product. But we are definitely working on it and it will be available in the near future.
